James M. McClure

James M. McClure was born in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Meyersdale High School in 1990. Mr. McClure has been licensed to practice law since 1997. Mr. McClure's practice focuses on Family/Domestic Law, Civil Litigation and Municipal Law. He is also the Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the Huntingdon County and has handled a wide range of criminal cases. In addition, Mr. McClure has experience in appellate practice having litigated cases before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as well as the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts.
