Professional Honors and Memberships
Attorney McDowell has served as the President of the Huntingdon County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and all of the Pennsylvania Courts. He is also admitted to the practice of law in Louisiana, the U.S. Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney McDowell is a memeber of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. 
Education
Attorney McDowell is a 1972 graduate of Millersville University with a double major in Political Science and Psychology. He is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Community Involvement
Attorney McDowell is solicitor for Walker Township and the Juniata Valley School District.
